First impressions are everything, and for everyone attending worship on Sunday morning, we want that first encounter with Manchaca UMC to be a positive and welcoming experience.  To serve as a greeter, email

Volunteer as a greeter at either the East or West entrance of the main building before our 8:30 or 11am worship services.  For this role we ask that you...

• Prayerfully enter this role.  Ask God to help you in this role and for God to work through you.

• Arrive at least 15 minutes before the service.

• Smile and warmly greet everyone.  You are the first face that a person sees when they enter our church!

• Be ready to assist with directions to the nursery, classroom, or sanctuary.

• Remain at the entrance until 5 minutes after the service begins.
